Papers exceeding 5 pages will not be accepted, nor reviewed at all. Each satellite workshop has its own page limit; please adhere to the limits in the instructions on the workshop page.<\/p><p>When preparing your final manuscript, please use the standard LaTeX or Word IEEE conference templates, available at <a title=\"This external link will open in a new window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&lt;https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html&gt;<\/a>.<\/p><p>Please do not include page numbers or headers\/footers.
